Fundraising for the Charity takes many different forms, support comes from individuals taking part in physical challenges, those organising bake sales or mufti days at school or work, special events such as quiz or comedy nights, we’ve even had a bus driving Father Christmas collecting donations! Rhapsody Hair who with the help of the local community raised over £1000 in 5 days to fund transport costs allowing all 235 children at Booker Park to attend Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Waterside Theatre in December.
Julie Sugars who conquered the Man Vs Mountain challenge, a grueling 22 miles from Caernarfon Castle in North Wales, to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry. Julie raised over £300
Nigel Westacott who completed a mammoth 390 mile bike ride and raised a phenomenal £15,000 for alternative curriculum activities for students across the Federation
David Ewers who completed the New Forest Marathon raising over £1000
